摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the characteristics and rules of adverse reaction of levofloxacin hydrochloride and so-dium chloride injection for antimicrobial treatment,ensure the safety of the patients.Methods To analyze the forty-six ca-ses of adverse reactions of levofloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection made by several manufacturers for anti-microbial treatment in a provincial hospital during June 2013 to June 2015.ResuIts In total Forty-six cases of adverse re-actions,the male proportion is higher than female,the highest incidence occurs up to 60 years or older patients;Adverse re-actions often happen at high dose of patients;Main clinical involving organ or system are the skin and its accessories dam-age,digestive system damage,injection site damage;The common time happens for the first 30 minutes;Sometimes would oc-cur severe allergic reactions.ConcIusion Drugs should be provided reasonable according to the instruction,and more atten-tion should be paid to the special group of patients and their reactions,ensure the safety of the patients.关键词
