摘要

Abstract

Objective:To observe the efficacy on hemorheology and vasoactive substances of Zhengtianwan combined with nimodipine in the treatmenting of migraine of blood stasis blocking collaterals .Methods :167 cases of patients included in the study were divided into the observation group (87cases) and the control group (80 cases) . The control group was given life intervention and nimodipine ,and the observation group was given Zhengtianwan based on the control group .For 3 months ,the efficacy and the changes of hemorheology and vasoactive substances were observed between the two groups .Results :In the observation group ,the total efficiency was 93 .10% ,the control group total efficiency was 77 .50% ,with significant difference ( P<0 .05);After treatment ,the two group of whole blood viscosity (high and low shear) ,plasma viscosity were decreased (P<0 .05) ,TXB2 、ET‐1were de‐creased and NO、DA、5‐HT were increased (P<0 .05) ,all indexs of observation group were improved obvious than that of the control group ,with significant difference (P<0 .05) .Conclusion :Zhengtianwan combined with nimodip‐ine can effectively improve the curative effect of blood stasis blocking collaterals type of migraine ,and its mechanism should be related to improving hemorheology and concentration of vasoactive substances .
