Abstract
Objective:To study the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Omeprazole treatment of post‐stroke patients with stress ulcer .Methods :100 cases of stroke in patients with stress ulcer was selected as a treat‐ment target ,according to a random number table ,they were divided into control and experimental groups ,50 patients in the observation group herbal plus omeprazole treatment control group were treated with omeprazole ,before and af‐ter treatment were compared in patients with gastric pH value ,efficient and adverse reactions .Results :Before treat‐ment ,pH value of the patient group and control group comparison of the situation was quite ,the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0 .05);After treatment 3d ,the observation group were gastric pH 4 .77 ± 0 .18 ,in the control group 2 .98 ± 0 .11 ,after treatment 5d ,observation group becomes 5 .33 ± 0 .10 ,control group becomes 3 . 91 ± 0 .20 ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05);observation group total effective rate was 94% in the control group ,the total effective rate was 80% ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) ,the obser‐vation group the proportion of adverse reactions was 10% in the control group was 14% ,the difference was not sta‐tistical significance (P>0 .05) .Conclusion :Chinese herbs combined with omeprazole efficacy studies of stroke pa‐tients with stress ulcer after treatment of stress ulcer fast ,adverse reactions in both groups ,the difference was not statistically significant ,has short treatmint time ,good effect .关键词
