Abstract
Objective :To observe Xuebijing injection in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) of serum ni‐tric oxide (NO) ,endothelin 1 (ET 1) ,the influence of cardiac function .Methods :124 patients with CHF were ran‐domly divided into observation group (n = 62) and control group (n= 62) ,the control group given conventional western medicine treatment ,the observation group in the control group on the basis of Xuebijing injection treatment , both groups for treatment of 4 weeks .Detection of two groups of patients before and after treatment serum levels of ET‐1 ,NO ;Records in the two groups before and after the treatment of cardiac ultrasound index ,serum N‐(NT‐proBNP) levels of brain natriuretic peptide precursor ,6 min walk test (6 MWT) .Results :Two groups of patients after treatment significantly reduce serum levels of ET ‐1 ,NO levels (P< 0 .05) ,the observation group was lower than the control group ,serum levels of ET ‐1 and NO level was higher than the control group (P< 0 .05);After two groups of LVEF ,E/A significantly higher ,the observation group index was higher than the control group (P<0 .05);Observation group after treatment serum NT ‐proBNP were significantly lower than control group (P< 0 . 05) ,the 6 MWT distance was higher than that of control group (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion :Xuebijing injection can sig‐nificantly improve CHF patients'serum NO level ,lower levels of ET ‐1 ,improve endothelial cell function ,and im‐prove patients with cardiac function ,enhance the endurance of the event ,the clinical curative effect is positive .关键词
