苓桂术甘汤结合西药治疗结核性心包炎58例
Treatment of 58 cases of tuberculous pericarditis with combination of Lingguizhugan decoction and western medicine

Abstract
Objective:Observe Lingguizhugan decoction combined with western medicine anti tuberculosis treatment curative effect of tuberculous pericarditis .Methods :The control group of 41 patients were enrolled ,with isoniazid ,rifampicin ,Pyrazinamide tablets and ethambutol hydrochloride tablets and prednisone tablets .The obser‐vation group into the group of 58 patients in the control group on the basis of traditional Chinese medicines with Lingguizhugan decoction .Two groups were 28d/course of treatment ,a total of three courses .Results :The total ef‐fective rate of the observation group was eighty‐nine point six sixpercent .It was higher than that of the control group ,the total effective rate was seventy‐eight point zero five percent .The observation group after the treatment of pericardial thickness was(0 .69 ± 0 .26) cm ,the control group after treatment of pericardial thickness was (0 .87 ± 0 .34)cm ,two groups of average thickness of pericardium were lower than before treatment ,after treatment ,the observation group of patients with CT examination average pericardial thickness less than that of the control group . Conclusion :Lingguizhugan decoction can improve the curative effect of tuberculous pericarditis ,can improve clinical symptoms ,and reduce the thickness of pericardium .关键词
