四逆汤结合地尔硫卓治疗变异型心绞痛临床疗效
The clinical effect of Sini decoction combined with diltiazem in treatment of variant angina pectoris
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of alprostadil combined with Sini decoction and diltiazem treatment of variant angina pectoris .Methods :Collected variant angina pectoris in 140 patients with and were ran‐domly assigned to two groups ,70 cases in the control group ,the observation group (70 cases) .Patients in control group were treated with diltiazem conventional treatment ,the observation group in the control group based on the combination of Sini decoction ,compared two groups of patients with treatment efficacy .Results:The significant effi‐ciency and total effective rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group ,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .The HR of the observation group was lower than that of the control group , and the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .The observation group of CO ,CV were higher than the control group ,and the statistical analysis ,the difference was statistically significant .Conclusion:Sini decoction with diltiazem in patients with variant angina pectoris has a good clinical efficacy .关键词
