化痰截哮汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作（痰瘀伏肺证）临床研究
Clinical study of therapeutic effect of Huatan Jiexiao decoction on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective :The objective of the study is to observe the therapeutic effects of Huatan jiexiao De‐cotion on AECOPD and its influence on inflammation indexes .Methods:The experiment randomly divided 181 pa‐tients diagnosed with AECOPD into two groups .Patients in both groups were treated with routine western medi‐cine .Huatan jiexiao Decotion was added to the treatment of patients in control group .The total effectire rate of the treatment group was 86 .81% ,which was better than that of control group(71 .11% )(P<0 .05) .The scores of CRP、PCT and clinical Synptoms decreased significantly after treatment in both groups (P< 0 .05) .Five days after the treatment ,there was significant decrease in sputum integral in control group (P<0 .05) .Ten days after the treat‐ment ,there was significant decrease in sputum integral、asthma、chest distress integral in control group (P<0 .05) . Ater the treatment there was also significant decrease in CRP 、PCT level which was statistically significant (P<0 . 05) .Conclusion :the therapeutic effects of Huatan jiexiao Decotion on AECOPD disease are significant ,which msy be related to the decrease of CRPand PCT .关键词
