益肾补骨汤联合椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折临床观察OA
Clinical observation on Yishen Bugu decoction combined with vertebroplasty in the treatment of elderly osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures
目的：观察益肾补骨汤联合椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折临床疗效。方法：抽签随机法将62例老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折患者均分为研究组和对照组，对照组行椎体成形术，研究组另联合益肾补骨汤，观察两组治疗后骨折恢复情况[骨密度、Cobb角、Os‐westry功能障碍指数]、VAS疼痛评分及术后并发症发生情况。结果：与治疗前相较，两组骨密度显著增大，Cobb角、Oswestry功能障碍指数显著减小，VAS疼痛评分显著降低；治疗后与对照组相较，…查看全部>>
