不同产地珠子参中氨基酸成分分析
Analysis of amino acids in Rhizoma panacis majoris from different producing area
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of Amino Acids in Rhizoma panacis majo‐ris ,and compare the difference of content from different producing areas .Methods :Using amino acid analyzer to determine the content of amino acids of Rhizoma panacis majoris from different origin ,then clutering and principal component analysis using SAS software .Results :The Rhizoma panacis majoris of different origin contained 17 kinds of amino acids ,respectively ,including 7 kinds of essential amino acids which accounted for 28 .5% of total amino ac‐idsand 8 kinds of medicinal amino acids which accounted for 45 .6% of total amino acids;clustering and principal component analysis results for Shaanxi and Sichuan area is divided into a class ,a class of Yunnan .Conclusion:The amino acid content of Rhizoma panacis majoris from different origin had some difference ,and provide scientific basis for the results of Rhizoma panacis majoris quality development ,utilization and evaluation of Rhizoma panacis majoris .关键词
