摘要

Abstract

Objective:To observe the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule‐1 (ICAM‐1) in endometrio‐sis and study the effect of compound rhizome curcumae power on ICAM‐1 .Methods :The endometriosis rat model was established and we used WB to detect the expression of ICAM‐1 in different endometriosis tissues ;then we col‐lected the cells of endometriosis and cultured .The cultured endometriosis cells were treated with low ,middle and high concentration of compound rhizome curcumae power and the ICAM‐1 expression was detected by WB at 24h , 48h and 72h after treated .Results :WB showed that compared with normal tissues ,there were significantly higher ICAM‐1 expression in ectopic and eutopic endometrium tissue (P<0 .05) ,but more higher in ectopic tissue (P<0 . 01) .And independent sample t test showed the expression of ICAM‐1 were lower in the cultured endometriosis cells treated with low ,middle and high concentration of compound rhizome curcumae power .Conclusion:The expression of ICAM‐1 is higher in endometriosis tissues and compound rhizome curcumae power could effectively depress the expression of ICAM‐1 ,which gives good method for the treatment of endometriosis .
