不同超富集植物对菜田土壤重金属提取效应研究
Absorbing effects of hyper-accumulators on heavy metal in vegetable field
摘要
Abstract
Pot experiments of Pteris vittata,Thlaspi caerulescens,Brassica juncea and Solanum nigrum were conducted with soils polluted respectively by Cu,Zn,Cd and Hg,and those plants’biomass, absorbing capacities and enrichment coefficients were compared so as to select a suitable hyper-accumulator absorbing a specified heavy metal. The results showed that S.nigrum had the best effect on absorbing Cd in soil polluted by low/medium-concentration heavy metal, and its cumulant could be up to 9 .39 mg/kg;T.caerulescens had the best absorbing ability of Zn,and its cumulant could be up to 41 9.20 mg/kg;B.juncea was the most suitable to Cu-polluted soil, and its cumulant could be up to 1 46.93 mg/kg;B.juncea was also the best accumulator of Hg,and its cumulant could be up to 1 .06 mg/kg.关键词
