亚致死浓度甲氧虫酰肼对甜菜夜蛾蛋白质和糖类含量的影响
Profile of protein and carbohydrate in Spodoptera exigua treated with sublethal concentration of methoxyfenozide
摘要
Abstract
After treated with sublethal concentration of methoxyfenozide,the total protein and carbohydrate contents in Spodoptera exigua larval haemolymph were analyzed.Treated with methoxyfenozide for 72 hours the total protein content was raised with the increase of treatment concentration.And the protein concentration of LC40 treatment 6.74 mg/mL was the highest.Moreover,the sublethal concentration methoxyfenozide had the obvious subsequent effects for the beet armyworm.At 4 th instar,the protein concentrations of LC1 0 ,LC2 0 and LC30 treatment groups were higher than that of control group significantly,and the protein concentration of LC40 treatment,7.61 mg/mL,was the lowest among the treatment groups.Furthermore,the SDS-PAGE results also showed that contents of several major protein bands of LC1 0 ,LC1 0 and LC30 treatment groups were higher than that of control group remarkably.At 5 th instar,the protein concentrations of LC1 0 ,LC20 treatment groups were lower than that of control and other treatment groups significantly,and the SDS-PAGE analysis indicated that the main protein band (85.1 KD)content of LC10,LC20 treatment groups was the lowest.As to the total carbohydrate content in haemolymph,the results showed that sublethal concentration methoxyfenozide had the positive effects on the increase of total carbohydrate in larva haemolymph.After being treated with methoxyfenozide for 72 hours, the total carbohydrate contents of all treatment groups were higher than that of control.And the subsequent effects were the same,at 4 th and 5 th instar,the total carbohydrate concentrations of all treatment groups were higher than that of control remarkably.关键词
