小型培养基制备与分装装置的研制
Small Efficient Culture Medium Preparation and Filling Device
摘要
Abstract
A set of small medium preparation and packing device is developed in order to overcome the defects arising in the process of biochemical laboratory preparation and filling few culture medium,including operation complexity,low efficiency,poor ac-curacy,uncontrollable temperature,and high labor intensity .This device can be whole sterilized in the ordinary sterilization,can also be placed on a magnetic stirrer for stirring and constant temperature.It can be used for preparating hundreds of milliliters to several li-ters of medium at a same time to meet most laboratory needs.Peristaltic pump controls automatically packing process,with uniform packing and high speed.And as the medium is packed by the special dividing head,the medium does not stick in the tube mouth.Thus,the efficiency of preparation of the experiment and the accuracy of experimental results will be improved.关键词
