大学化学“薄层色谱实验”的改进

摘要
Abstract
In order to find a low toxicity and easy operation method of thin layer chromatography experiment,traditional method of membrane separation for mixtures of anisaldehyde and vanillin was improved,this paper investigated the optimization design of the sol-vent,developing agent .absolute ethanol was selected as the solvent.At the same time,petroleum ether and ethyl acetate (the ratio was 7∶3)were selected as developing solvent .Acidic potassium permanganate was selected as chromomeric agent to replace the toxicity of higher benzene and 2,4 dinitrobenzene hydrazine hydrochloride solvent.The steps,cost and time of experiment was reduced.The new scheme reduced harm of people health and pollute the environment.The method could separate anisaldehyde and vanillin from mixtures .关键词
