Abstract
The aim of the teaching system for the building engineering innovative talents in universities and colleges is to cultivate the students'practical ability,innovation consciousness and innovation ability.Combining with the teaching practice in Engineering Training Center of Northwest University for Nationalities,this paper puts forward the perfect engineering training practice teaching plat-form,builds the teaching system of engineering innovation talents,strengthens the teachers team construction,creats a favorable reform and innovation of practice and innovation atmosphere,etc,in order to cultivate engineering consciousness,innovation consciousness and practice ability of high -quality talent.关键词
