黄花夹竹桃叶中总强心苷的快速提取及含量测定研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective] To study rapid extraction method and content determination method of total cardiac glycosides from leaves of Thevetia peruviana. [Methods] Using 1H-NMR to content determination of cardiac glycosides, 4 kinds of extraction process, the methanol soaking, 70%ethanol heating refluxing, 70%ethanol soaking, 95%ethanol gentle soaking, were screened. [Results] The 95%ethanol gentle soaking method extracted the highest amount of cardiac glycosides. [Conclusion] The extraction process of 95%ethanol gentle soaking is a better fast extraction method for extracting total cardiac glycoside from leaves of Thevetia peruviana, and content determination of cardiac glycosides can be employed by the 1H-NMR.关键词
