Abstract
As professional staff dealing with affairs related to students ,college counselors shoulder the responsibilities of guiding students’ thoughts ,governing students’ affairs and serving students .Thus ,it is of great importance to cultivate professional abilities of college counselors . T his paper elaborates on meaning and requirement of their professional capabilities cultivation by analyzing existing problems ,put‐ting forward feasible solutions accordingly .关键词
