Cultivation of Young Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
Along with the vigorous development of higher vocational education ,youn teachers have be‐come a vital force in higher vocational colleges .The quality of young teachers has a direct impact on the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges . This paper analyzes the characteristics of young teachers in higher vocational colleges and their cultivation ,and puts forward some countermeasures for‐training in order to provide references for vocational training of young teachers ,improve the comprehensive qualities of young teachers and comprehensively advance the quality of personnel training .关键词
