高能球磨辅助热压烧结制备(Ti,V)3 AlC2陶瓷的反应机理及力学性能
Reaction mechanism and mechanical properties of (Ti,V)3 AlC2 ceramic by high-energy milling and hot pressing sintering
摘要
Abstract
The ternary compound (Ti,V)3 AlC2 was successfully synthesized by a high-energy ball milling and an in-situ hot pressing sintering using Ti,TiC,Al and V as the starting ma-terials.The XRD,SEM and EDS result indicated that the (Ti,V)3 AlC2 was synthesized dur-ing 1 400 ℃ for 1.5 h.Compared with the monolithic Ti3AlC2 synthesized using an identical process,the flexural strength,fracture toughness and vickers hardness of (Ti0.8 ,V0.2 )3 AlC2 were enhanced by 20%,52% and 45%,respectively.The result shows that the mechanics properties are improved significantly.关键词
