摘要

Abstract

Fine denier polypropylene yarn and viscose filament yarn with different linear density were used to weave six kinds of 3D orthogonal woven fabrics with same weft density and different warp density.Besides,water absorption and moisture transfer properties of fabrics were tested and analyzed based on the theory of differential capillary effect.Test results show that when the warp/weft density of fine denier polypropylene yarn (3 3 3 dtex/72 根),viscose filament yarn (278 dtex/48 根),fine denier polypropylene yarn (167 detx/48 根)layers are as follows:70×100 根/10cm(moisture transfer layer),105×150 根/10cm (water absorption and storage layer),105 × 150 (moisture transfer layer),the water absorption and moisture transfer properties are the best.
