钴酞菁/PAN纳米纤维催化H2 O2对酸性红G的降解
Degradation of Acid Red G Catalyzed by Cobalt Phthalocyanine/PAN Nanofiber in the Presence of H2 O2
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,cobalt phthalocyanine and polyacrylonitrile were dissolved to prepare the cobalt phthalocyanine/PAN nanofibers by electrostatic spinning.Azo dye acid red G was chosen as model substrate,and hydrogen peroxide was chosen as the oxidizing agent.The effects of temperature,pH,initial concentration of oxidizing agent,catalyst dosage,printing and dyeing auxiliary on the catalytic system were discussed. Besides, the recycling performance and catalytic mechanism of cobalt phthalocyanine and PAN were also studied. The results show that the increase in temperature and initial concentration of oxidizing agent could significantly promote the removal rate of substrate;the existence of NaCl and isopropanol had no impact on the catalytic activity and a non-hydroxyl radical mechanism was proposed in this catalytic system.Furthermore,the activity of the catalyst did not obviously decline after recycling.关键词
