摘要

Abstract

Based on computer serial port communication and power MOSFETs, a high-voltage pulse signal generator is developed,which has an adj ustable program control and fast rise time.The generator has the following parameters:the high voltage pulse amplitude var-ied from -100 V to -1 000 V,the pulse width varied from 40 ns to 2μs,and the rise time of the pulse is less than 30 ns when the output load is 50Ω.As a simulator,the generator has been applied in testing of the low power gas discharge tube under high voltage.
