摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of the high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging( MRI) in diagnosing cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA) complicating ischemic stroke. Methods The high-resolution MRI data in 81 cases of preliminarily diagnosed suspicious ischemic stroke in our hospital from July 2015 to January 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The highly suspected CAA patients were screened. The image quality was analyzed and the data of imaging quality con-formance were selected for conducting the analysis of MRI ,GRE and SWI series. Results The high-resolution MRI could clearly display the responsible blood vessels,plaques or thrombus morphology and signals. In the detection situation of intracranial brain parenchyma microbleeding in suspected CAA patients ,the consistency of GRE series and SWI series was good ,moreover the Kappa value was 0.869 5. Conclusion The high-resolution MRI can clearly display the lesion responsible blood vessels in the patients with is chemic stroke ,moreover has very high accuracy for diagnosing intracerebral microbleeding. The high-resolu-tion MRI has good clinical application value in the patients with ischemic stroke.
