摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the value of digital X-ray mammography with partial compression in di-agnose ofbreast disease .Methods 100 cases of patients with breast mass received examination with routine posi-tion photography and partial compression photography .Breast Imaging Reporting And Data System ( BI-RADS ) was adopted to classifythe lesions , and the diagnostic results before and after partial compression photography was compared with pathological results .Results 43 cases of breast mass was clearly diagnosed by routine posi-tion photography in 100cases of patients , including 31 cases of benign lesions and 12 cases of malignant le-sions .The accurate rate of malignant evaluation results was 41 .3%,and the accurate rate of benign evaluation results was43 .6%.81 cases were clearly diagnosed by partial compression photography ,including5,7 cases of benign lesions and 24 cases of malignant lesions .The accurate rate of malignant or benign evaluation results was 82 .7 %,and 80 .3%,respectively ,which was much higher than those of routine position photography group ( P<0 .01 ) .Conclusion The digital X-ray mammography with partial compression photography can improve diag-nose accurate rate of breast mass and provide an effective supplement for routine position photography .关键词
