Abstract
In order to deal with the network location area reasonability in the network planning and optimization, the three-hierarchical architecture system model of R-CB (R-Reasonability, C-Capacity redundancy, B-Border Confidence) was proposed in this paper. Based on comprehensive evaluations from two aspects of capacity redundancy and border confidence, the quantitative evaluation method was presented. The application of the coverage simulation to the evaluation of the location area border was also studied. Practical cases demonstrate that the method is feasible.关键词
