Abstract
As most of failures are resulted from adverse variations, it is necessary that variations should be taken into consideration at the early stage of the product design. And these variations also should be well recognized, evaluated, managed and controlled. In view of this situation, VMEA method was proposed and applied to the analysis of the mobile terminal. Focusing on the communication distance the product, key characteristics of the product were analyzed from top to down to analyze variations affecting these characteristics. The expert scoring method was used to evaluate variations. According to some variations with the high impact, the improvement measurement was put forward.关键词
