Abstract
In order to expand the capacity and increase uplink communication rate, it is necessary to use a higher-order modulation technique. At present, 64QAM is the highest-order technique supported by LTE uplink communication. Compared with 16QAM uplink modulation, it can increase 50% of data rate theoretically. The application of uplink 64QAM is closely related to SINR, BLER and UE’s CQI. 64QAM modulation technique was studied and different metric improvements in the light of testing results were summarized to present the SINR threshold value to steadily use up-link 64QAM. Finally, the network planning suggestion was put forward.关键词
