Abstract
In order to solve the insufficient support to the open requirement of the Internet capability for operators, some challenges such as performance and security when the operator’s capability is opened were analyzed. The full life cycle processes of the capability capsulation and the release were discussed. The construction scheme of the capability open platform was presented from aspects of system architecture, portal and control capability etc. Experiments show that the scheme can effectively deal with the Internet open support for the traditional telecom service to attract partners, develop innovative applications, strengthen industrial chain and form the open win-win ecological chain.关键词
