Research on Active Services for Operators Based on Big Data Analysis
为了解决传统运营商面临的急需提升主动服务能力的问题,研究了大数据分析在客户服务方面的应用,通过大数据分析锁定目标用户,并对用户做特征画像,确定触发用户关键行为的因素、阈值及预警机制,供主动服务和针对营销调用,从而实现提升客服的主动服务能力和营销成功率的目的。
In order to deal with the capability improvement of active services for traditional operators, the application of the big data analysis to customer services was investigated. Objective customers were locked by means of the big data analysis and the customer’s features were portrayed to determine the factor, the threshold and the warning scheme that trigger the customer’s key behavior.
