奥沙利铂联合替吉奥胶囊用于胃癌患者术后辅助化疗的疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:gastric cancer patients with postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for the application of oxaliplatin into joint gonow capsule curative effect analysis. Method:choose 80 cases of gastric cancer patients,divided into control group and experimental group and control group with medicine oxaliplatin into joint leucovorin calcium and fluorouracil and the experimental group for gonow oxaliplatin into joint capsule.Results:control group 1 year recurrence rate 15.0%,transfer rate is 25.0%,higher than the experimental group were 0.00%,2.50%;77.5% of the extremities syndrome incidence of 77.5%,higher than the experimental group;The control group the lgA,lgG in-dicators are lower than that of the experimental group;SF - 36 scale scores were lower than that of the experimental group;Karnofsky score lower than that of the experi-mental group,the difference was statistical y significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:joint for gonow oxaliplatin into capsule used in gastric cancer patients with postoperative ad-juvant chemotherapy,can reduce disease recurrence,transfer rate,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve body immunity,improve the patients quality of life,has certain clinical value.关键词
