Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in treatment of cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis.Methods:October 2014 ~2016 year in October in our hospital patients with cholecystolithiasis with common bile duct stones in 70 cases,which were randomly divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group,the observation group underwent laparoscopic combined with choledochoscope surgery treatment,the control group underwent conventional open surgery,surgery and the effect of the two groups of patients with postoperative complications.Results:bleeding of the observation group were significantly less than the control group,operation time,exhaust time and hospitalization time was significantly shorter than the control group,postoperative VAS score was significantly lower than the control group.P<0.05,the difference was statistical y significant.The complication rate was 17.1% in the observation group after surgery was significantly lower than the control group 37.1%,P<0.05,the difference was statistical y significant.Conclusions:Laparoscopic Combined Surgical treatment of common bile duct stones in patients with gal bladder stone and common bile duct stones has a significant effect,postoperative patients recover quickly,and the incidence of complications is low,it is worth to further promote the application.关键词
