Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of modified radical mastectomy and breast conserving surgery in the treatment of breast cancer.Methods:The data of 82 patients with early breast cancer treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected,according to the different operation style,the patients wil be di-vided into two groups,47 patients treated with breast conserving surgery were established as the study group,35 cases were treated by modified radical mastectomy,and 35 cases were treated as control group.The effect and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the total incidence rate of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistical y significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion:breast cancer patients with breast conserving surgery is better than modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.It can reduce the amount of bleeding,shorten operation time,and has high safety,and it can be used in clinical application.关键词
