老年原发性高血压人性化护理干预

摘要
Abstract
Objective:to analysis and discussion on the humanized nursing intervention to improve the old age of quality of life in patients with essential hypertension (eh).Methods:in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed in September 2014 to September 2016 elderly patients with essential hypertension (eh)clinical data,al the pa-tients were randomly divided into observation group and control group in the two groups,two groups of patients with conventional antihypertensive therapy,observation group were treated by humanized nursing intervention,the control group received routine clinical care.In nursing before and after 3 months respectively to investigate the pa-tients quality of life,to compare two groups of gap.Results:significant difference was found in the quality of life of two groups of patients before and after treatment (P < 0. 05);The observation group of patients blood pressure decreased and the quality of life significantly better than the control group patients,significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion:clinical y for the humanized nursing intervention methods in elderly patients with essential hypertension (eh),can effectively adjust the state of blood pressure of hypertension patients,at the same time can help improve the quality of life of patients,so the method is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
