Abstract
Objective:To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and influencing factors of pulmonary tuberculosis in Lishui District in 2012~2014,and to provide ba-sis for making preventive measures.Method:Logistic regression analysis of epidemiological characteristics and influencing factors of pulmonary tuberculosis in Lishui District in 2012~2014 by descriptive epidemiological method.Result:2012~2014 years 4~6 months,7~9 months in the month,accounted for 28.23%,26.88%;41~60 years,61~80 years of age,accounted for 34.95%,29.57%;Whitehorse and Yang Zhen for the high area,accounted for 11.60%,30.11%;farmers and workers in occupation,ac-counted for 52.42%,9.68%.2012~2014 tuberculosis accounted for 26.88%,respectively,31.99%,41.13%,showed an upward trend.Multivariate analysis showed that the influencing factors of pulmonary tuberculosis were regional (OR=4.352),month (OR=4.259),occupation (OR=3.642).Conclusion:The incidence of pulmonary tuberculo-sis in Lishui district showed an upward trend in 2012~2014,and reasonable preventive measures should be formulated to reduce the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis.关键词
