肾内科患者尿路感染病原菌分布及耐药性分析
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the pathogen distribution and drug resistance of urinary tract infection in patients with renal internal medicine.Methods:From March 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital to treat urinary tract infection in patients with renal biopsy in 170 cases,the distribution of pathogens and drug resistance were analyzed.RE-SULTS:Gram-negative bacteria accounted for the largest proportion of pathogens in 170 patients.Gram-negative bacteria are resistant to amikacin.Conclusion:The distri-bution of urinary tract infection pathogens and drug resistance in renal biopsy patients can be monitored in time,which can help the medical staff to use reasonable antimicrobi-al agents to prevent infection.关键词
