舒适护理在子宫肌瘤手术患者临床护理路径中的效果观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observed the effect of comfortable care in Uterine fibroid surgery patients’clinical nursing pathway.Method:Select our hospital’96 cases of Uter-ine fibroids patients as the study object in November 2015 - November 2016,Divided into experimental group and control group by Self-wil ,48 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with clinical nursing care,The experimental group were treated with comfort care on the basis of experimental group.Result:In the experi-mental group,the variation rate of the patients after nursing was 2.08%;The control group’variance withdrawal rate was 10.42% after Care,Significant difference in data, With statistical significance (P <0.05).The experimental group’complication rate was 6.25% after Care,While the control group’rate was 16.67% after Care,With statistical significance (P <0.05).Conclusion:The effect of comfortable care in Uterine fibroid surgery patients’clinical nursing pathway was Significant,It is possible to reduce the route variation exit rate,also reduce the incidence of complications,Worthy of promotion.关键词
