Abstract
Objective:To study the transfusion of platelet transfusion and its clinical efficacy on patients in our hospital,and to determine the reasons behind platelet trans-fusion refract oriness (PTR)for future prevention work.Methods:342 cases of patients with reduced platelet number were transfused with apheresis platelet during the period of august 2015 to august 2016.1 h and 24 h increased platelet count index(CCI)were the criterion to decide whether platelet transfusion was effective.Solid-phase agglutina-tion method was adopted to improve the platelet antibody screening.And flow cytometry was performed to detect the proportion of T cel and B lymphocytes.Rusults:The ra-tio of PTR was 27.8% (95/342)Among the reasons for PTR,immune factors accounted for31.6% and non-immune factors accounted for 68.4%.Conclusion:To enhance the curative rate of transfusion,the incidence of PTR should try to be avoided or reduced In platelet transfusions.关键词
