Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of bortezomib combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of multiple myeloma.Method:Evaluate the effect by retro-spective analyzing the treatment result and adverse reaction of 18 MM patients treated by bortezomib combined with dexamethasone in our hospital.Result:The total effective rate was 83.33% after 4 courses of treatment.Adverse reactions during treatment can al eviate,or relieved or disappeared after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion:The clini-cal effect of bortezomib combined with dexamethasone is significant,safe and reliable,can be used for the treatment of MM.关键词
