Abstract
ObjectiveLearn the training needs situation of the retired cadres nurse to prevention of fal s in elderly,to provide a reference for targeted training.Method U-sing “Questionnaire of the retired cadres nurse training needs to prevention of fal s in elderly”survey the 31 nurses of 10 retired cadres in Fujian.Result Most retired cadres nurses have a positive attitude to the training of prevention of fal s in elderly,But too busy at work,lack of systematic training programs and other factors become important factors affecting nurses to parti-cipate in training.Conclusion For retired cadres nurse training needs to prevention of fal s in elderly,Improve the form of training and training and develop standardized training standards as soon as possible is necessary.关键词
