摘要
Abstract
This paper proposes a new scheme to revise the classification of solid mineral resources in 1999. It inherits its three-dimensional framework and relfects the economic signiifcance, project status and geological reliability with three digits. The second dimension, the project status, changes a lot, which is divided into three ladder. The highest ladder is designed mining status, to estimate the mining reserves (deducting the design loss and exploitation loss); the central ladder is geological exploration status, to estimate the geological reserves, not deducting the losses;the lowest ladder is predicted unidentiifed status, to estimate the amount of predicted resources. The third dimension, the geological reliability, is divided into one-two-three three classes, measured in blocks. The third-class mining reserves and the third-class geological reserves are combined into the proven reserves, which are the object of the right veriifcation and registration of natural resources. The new scheme is concise and easy to operate. It is convenient to be compared with the previous classiifcation, and more harmonious with oil and gas and groundwater storage classiifcation terminology. It solves the main problems encountered of the 1999 classiifcation and can be compared with the international classiifcation.关键词
