摘要
Abstract
Through the literature review, the paper analyzes the present situation of the rights and interests allocation in the process of land capitalization, seeks for its causes and points out the problems from the view of institutional economics. In both terms of history and reality, the peasants are in weak position in the process of land capitalization, and their rights and interests have not been guaranteed. Meanwhile, the distribution of the rights and interests are more the result of national macroeconomic system, while property rights relation is the tool under the institutional background. The solution of the problem: (1) improve the land ownership rights of peasants;(2) get rid of land ifnance and give farmers the position of main market players.关键词
