湖北省矿产品价格监测探索与思考
Minerals Price Monitoring in Hubei Province
摘要
Abstract
Starting from the October of 2013, the work of minerals price monitoring in Hubei province has achieved integrated planning, comprehensive arrangement, and synchronous monitoring within the scope of the province. This achievement has been made through the efforts of Department of Land and Resources of Hubei Province. In doing so, they have enhanced their efforts to cooperate with provincial-level authorities, and regard the county (city) bureau of land and resources as multiple support for their work. The work of minerals price monitoring is due to the reform for management of online mineral resources compensation fees collection, and serves for the needs of the sunlight collection of mineral resources compensation fees and the quality control over mining right assessment. With the rise of big data technology, the work of minerals price monitoring is gradually growing into“internet plus” management innovation way for promoting “resources-asset-capital” management and mineral resources conservation and comprehensive utilization. On this basis, this paper introduces some ideas for the future reform. These are:priority will be placed on the framework of systems to underpin mineral resources management;stepping up our top-level design efforts with a view to serving the improvement of national center for big data information;at the same time, interaction and exchanging among land and resources management departments at the provincial level should be intensiifed;actively expanding“quantity and price dual control”policy to monitor mineral products;and accelerating the pace of promoting wisdom management of land resources.关键词
