International Comparative Study on Sustainable Utilization Of Geological Heritage Resources
摘要
Abstract
In this paper, we has made a comparative study on the development of utilization and management of geological heritage resources in the United States, Britain, Germany, Canada, Australia and China from the seven aspects as follows: protection, development, management, laws and regulations, investment, investigation and evaluation, sustainable use path and participant. We can see that the developed countries proceed earlier in geological conservation and geological tourism development, made more perfect laws and regulations, and their community participation is higher. We made some suggestions as follows:Firstly, to establish a uniifed geological heritage management institutions, innovation the management system, strengthen the legal system, broaden the ifnancing channels. Secondly, to strengthen the evaluation of geological heritage resources, conduct in-depth geological heritage investigation, establish the protection list, and determine the protection of the object. Thirdly, attention should be paid to the protection of geological diversity and the sustainable use of geological heritage resources, strengthening geological conservation, and developing geological tourism. Fourthly, to strengthen community participation and expand participation in the process of geological preservation and exploitation of geological heritage resources.关键词
