Abstract
With the implementation of“One Belt And One Road”strategy, rapid development has been seen in economic and trade exchanges between China and Southeast Asian nations. On this basis, China’s mining and mineral enterprises have been investing more in Cambodia, and enjoy huge potential for development. However, on the other side, the enterprises are facing several serious challenges involving high corruption, talent scarcity, illegal mining, and the inadequate laws and regulations. All of these pose risks for China’s enterprises investment in Cambodia. In response to this, this paper focuses on the introduction of mining information of Cambodia;by using Analytic Hierarchy Process, gives a weight analysis on mining investment risk factors in Cambodia in a range of issues involving political environment, economical environment, and natural environment. In view of the major sources of risk for enterprise investment, such as ofifcial corruption, development and environmental risk, and mineral products trade, this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions for addressing these issues.关键词
