Abstract
Under the bad conditions of mining economy, the issues such as constantly decrease of geological exploration business, unreasonable personnel structure, the aging institutions and systems, lack of innovation consciousness, have been the constituents of the problems that geological exploration units of Heilongjiang province face in the development. If we are to address the problems of mining development, we must change the awareness of the idea, develop new mechanisms, and adopt feasible ways and measures to solve them. The speciifc methods are as follows. First, we should foster awareness of crisis, innovation, and market competition. Second, through the synthetical strength evaluation, we can get speciifc information about the situation and identify accurate position. At the same time, we should adjust the economic structure and team structure by improving our ability;work constantly to innovate and improve the mechanisms of discovery, selection and training of bright people, income distribution, management and ifnance. Third, we must seize the opportunity at the time when the three-year special initiative is carrying out in Heilongjiang province, and the state is introducing new policies for mining development;make plan initiatively and dare to meet the hardships ahead.关键词
