微创抽吸技术治疗腋臭临床研究
Investigation of the treatment of osmidrosis with minimally invasive aspiration therapy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of osmidrosis with minimally invasive aspiration therapy. Methods 60 patients with osmidrosis were included and divided into two groups (30 patients by minimally invasive suction and 30 patients by mini-incision )according to different period. Aspirating needle was inserted into the axillaries regions to aspirate the tissue of apocrine gland and eccrine gland. The operative incision and effect were observed after surgery. Results Follow-up was conducted for 6 to 27 months (11months on average). Among 60 cases in minimally suction group, the cure rate was 93.3%, the healing grade A 53 cases, B 6 cases, C 1 case. Among 59 cases in mini-incision group, the cure rate was 94.9%, the healing grade A 30 cases, B 25 cases, C 4 cases. There was significantly statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The operative incision in minimally suction group was good (P<0.05). Conclusion minimally aspiration therapy is effective with light reaction, quickly recover, unobvious scar, and is worth promoting.关键词
