目的：探讨富血小板血浆（platelet-rich plasma，PRP）联合育红生肌膏在治疗深度创面中的疗效以及愈后美学情况。方法：2014年11月－2016年3月，收治36例重度皮肤软组织缺损或者伴有骨外露患者，共40个创面。男20例，女16例；年龄5～66岁，平均36.2岁。19例为交通事故伤，17例为工业机器伤。采用PRP联合育红生肌膏治疗36例患者的40个创面，观察治疗后伤口变化情况以及首次彻底清创后创面和3个月随访时创面体积并计算伤后…查看全部>>
Objective To observe the effect of platelet rich plasma (dog plasma PRP) combined with Yu Hong Sheng Ji ointment in the treatment of deep burn wounds, curative effect and prognosis of aesthetics.
