摘要

Abstract

Objective To study self-microemulsion and microemulsion gel of anti-hair loss compound Chinese medicine monomer, at the same time, its physical, chemical and stability performance are studied. Methods Screened suitable oil phase, surfactant and cosurfactant, and water titration method was used to draw the ternary phase diagram, Screened the best of Km, also investigated the average particle size and stability of it. Results When Km is 2, and the suitable prescription is PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil: glycerol: octyldodecanol: compound Chinese medicine monomer (52:26:12:10),the average particle size of self-microemulsion is 22.64 nm and it is stable in low and normal temperature, similarly, the average particle size of microemulsion gel is 42.87 nm and it is stable in tree different condition including heat resistant, hardy and normal temperature. Conclusion Self-microemulsion and microemulsion gel of anti-hair loss compound Chinese medicine monomer is a transdermal drug delivery system that have application prospect for simple of preparation technology, small size, good stability.
