摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the magnetic attachment cover denture with ring type and application effect of removable partial denture. Methods From January 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital to receive the mandible Kennedy class I patients with dentition defect and tooth less remaining a total of 27 cases, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group patients to take traditional removable partial denture, observation group of patients taking covered magnetic attachment denture, satisfaction of two groups of patients and fang Zhou Jiankang situation gives comparative analysis. Results The observation group of patients satisfaction significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05);Clinical after repair, two groups of patients with oral health situation is not very ideal, abutment teeth have different degrees of gum inflammation, clinical easily bleeding, soft dirt adhesion, plaque quantity is relatively less, periodontal pocket depth are increased to a certain extent, but the two groups of patients with periodontal pocket depth increase no statistically significant difference between (P>0.05). Conclusion The mandibular Kennedy class I patients with dentition defect and tooth less remaining covered magnetic attachment denture, can achieve good repair effect, has clinical value.关键词
