“阴乘阳位”论在青年女性黄褐斑治疗中的应用探析

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of young women chloasma guided by the theory of "Yin invasion of Yang". Methods 60 patients with chloasma were randomly divided into control and treatment groups: control group of 30 cases by reduced glutathione tablets for oral administration; treatment group of 30 patients received Chongheshunqi soup for beauty and freckle by adjustment of Yin &Yang, after treatment of patients with chloasma, evaluate chloasma area and severity index (MASI), observe the clinical effect and recorde adverse reactions. Results After 3 months of treatment, chloasma lesion area and severity index scores of both groups were decreased, and during the treatment did not appear adverse reactions. Wherein the comparison, the total effective rate of control group was 60.00%, control group was 86.67%. In comparison, MASI score was statistically significant between the experimental group and control group(P<0.05). Conclusion By theoretical guidance of "Yin invasion of Yang",Chongheshunqi soup is suitable for young women chloasma with better clinical efficacy and security.关键词
